This Return Policy is for both Blue Ginger & Lily Blue.

It is valid whilst both stores are Closed due to the current Covid-19 shutdown.

Our usual Return Policy will become valid once the stores are reopened.


Return Policy for any purchases made by phone, pick up or online.

  • The items must be unworn, undamaged and all original tags and labels attached.
  • You must inform us via email to blue.ginger@shaw.ca or lily.blue@shaw.ca if you wish to return an item. Instructions will be included in your delivery, once we receive your item a refund, exchange or store credit will be applied. Any Refund or Credit will be less any shipping charges.

  • You must inform us ASAP for a return. No later than 7 days of receiving the delivery.

  • All returns charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Not in love with your purchase? That?s okay! We?ll gladly exchange your item(s) for online or in store credit.

To be eligible for a return your items(s) MUST be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact. If we receive any item(s) back in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.

We do not issue refunds.

To return item(s) in exchange for credit, simply request a return. If your returns request is approved, you will be given the option to either return your item(s) to our retail store or ship your item(s) back to us within 14 days of your original order date. The value of your item(s) will be applied as a credit to your customer account to spend in store or online.

Please retain the tracking number for your records and take your package to your nearest carrier drop off location.

Item(s) returned to us after 14 days of your original order cannot be accepted.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable; you will also be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you send back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Blue Ginger Trading Company Inc are not liable for packages that get lost or damaged in transit.

WHAT IS YOUR  'LOCAL IN STORE PICK UP'  RETURN POLICY?

If you selected ?In Store Pick Up? at check out, our in store return policy will apply.

Therefore item(s) purchased must be returned back to us within 7 days of your original order date. The value of your item(s) will then be applied as an ?In Store credit? to your account.

Item(s) returned to us after 7 days cannot be accepted.

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR?

Unfortunately at this time our online store is not able to process product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, colour or different product altogether please place a new order or visit us at our retail store where we can process your exchange.

CAN ONLINE EXCHANGES BE MADE IN STORE?

Yes, simply return your item(s) to our brick and mortar store within 14 days of your original order date, with a copy of your confirmation of purchase email and our associates will assist you with your exchange.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once orders are placed online, they then begin to be processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted and Sale items are all final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Additional final sale items include: Bath & Cosmetic Items, Bodysuits, Christmas Decorations, Earrings, Gift Cards, Hats, Intimates, Seasonal Items, Stationary & Greetings Cards and Swimwear.

All our products are quality checked before being sent out to you. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

We will replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
